New Technology The Ionix static eliminator utilizes an entirely unique patented technology to dissipate static on the surface of materials. Ionix essentially makes the feeder air itself a static eliminator. Reliable, safe, automatic operation The ionix Static Eliminator works automatically whenever air passes through it. It requires NO electrical maintenance. There are NO high voltage, nuclear materials or hazerdous components to worry about. Ionix will NOT effect your printing or spray units. Metal presents has NO effect on its effectiveness. The Ionix unit is used on a wide variety of equipment feeders. From small presses to large multi color presses, feeders in folders, collators, laminators, sheeters and binders. It can be installed on any forced air fed sheet seperating mechanism which is blowing air between sheets. Easy to install in less than 10 minutes. Simply cut the main blower line from the compresser going to the blow holes in your feeder. To install the unit, simply slip the unit on to the hoses over the tapered barb nozzles on the Ionix. When ordering, please select the inside hose diameter you require from the pull down menu. |
