| Model ICBB The model ICBB is a complete sheet inspection system that automatically scans for six common faults simultaneously. Method Of Operation The Die Cutter Sheet Inspection System is synchronized to scan for a printed mark when the sheet is fully registered in the side guide. If a sheet is out of register or incorrect, when the electronic trigger pulse occurs, the scanner will detect the variation and the instrument will react by illuminating a visual indicator, sounding a momentary alarm and/or stopping the machine. Inspects For: 1. Mixed lots 2. Blanks 3. Backward sheets 4. Turned sheets 5. Print register 6. For maximum effectiveness, the ICBB should be used with materials that have the same color on both sides. |
