| Meathod of Operation The Double Sheet Detection System consists of a non-contact FIBER OPTIC Sensor that mounts on the feed board. The units digital display will keep you informed of settings. If a double should occur, the sensor immediately detects an increase in density and signals the control to trip the feed. The system will function on all types of paper stocks including heavy sulfate but will not operate on totally opaque materials such as chipboard or foils. The amplifier control enables the pressman to rapidly set the system for differing densities or weights of materials. All brackets, mounting hardware and detailed instructions are included with the unit.
